Instead of projecting the material onto the surface, I modelled each shape and applied relative materials on. Although it's more difficult than produce in once, this looks more realistic.

Animation
The following movie is about Paddington Reservoir. The site is state listed heritage contained a water chamber, then in the 1930's used as a workshop and garage. Although the park is completed in 2009, people could feel is the historical style through material, shapes, even selection of landscape.
The below ground studio shares a similarity idea that they are all rusticated, timeless, precious architecture. It is a great sample to guide me through my material selection. More importantly, the way the architect embodied ideas into design. In my case, the underground studio is old and precious, while above ground will be contemporary and geometrical. The contrast between them is one of the key issues that should be well considered and perfectly presented.
