2nd Stair
There are 2 versions which needs floor plan to decide. However, left side end is more interesting as it forms the puzzle and right hand side save more space.

This is the section sketch chose. Above ground is Jiro Ono/immerse; below ground is Antonio Stradivari/precious.
For this model which is not fully developed yet, things like materials and above ground stairs haven't embedded. The idea is several simple geometry architectures form the ground show room and above ground studio. Just as Jiro's work, simple but pure.
Below ground is couple of rock shape cave represent the notion of precious. They connected by a sweeping stairs welcoming the guest. However, details of the stairs need to be refined as mentioned in 2nd stair.
