Jiro tells us in the movie,"once you decide your occupation, you must immerse yourself in your work." He devotes his life only to making best sushi. Jiro started making sushi since 9 and he is 86 this year and still working in the restaurant. Years of experiences made him not only critical to his son and apprentices, but to himself. The consistency of sushi's quality pleasant every customer, meanwhile, won the Michelin 3-star restaurant.
